Shipping and Returns
Premium Wires always ships as quickly as possible. It is our goal to ship your item(s) within one business day (or on Monday if we receive payments over the weekend). We understand that you are anxious to get your hands on your merchandise as quickly as possible. Below are some frequently asked questions.
PLEASE NOTE: If you pay via PayPal, we ship ONLY to the shipping address in your PayPal account. If this is not your current address, then please update your PayPal shipping address. We are not responsible for missed shipments if your address has changed and you have not updated your PayPal shipping address.
We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll be happy to process an exchange or refund the product less Shipping within 30 Days of your purchase.

We test everything that we sell, one item at a time. Please be sure to read the listing above in detail, as it will contain any qualifiers about the cosmetic or functional condition of the item, as well as tell you what accessories come with the device. We also strive to respond to any inquiries about auctions in as timely a fashion as possible.
If for whatever reason, the item that you receive does not match the description, we are happy to work with you on resolving the issue. Below are the pre-conditions for authorizing refunds on returned items:
- The buyer must notify Premium Wires of the issue within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Refunds can take up to 10 days to process once the items are received at our facility, but we will do everything we can to process refunds as quickly as possible.
- 30-Day money back guarantee.
- Please return item to address shown on package.
- Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
- The original receipt or a record of the purchase is REQUIRED on all returns.
- Return products must also be in its original condition including box, UPC bar code, packaging and all other accessories.
- Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
- Please be aware that although some of our items are offered with free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the return refund.
How much is shipping? Premium Wires offers free shipping on products over $100 dollars to the continental USA. (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. Territories).
Can you ship outside of the United States? No. We only ship within the Continental US. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us.
Can you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. Territories? No. We only ship to the lower 48 states of the United States.
Can you ship to an Air, Army, or Fleet Post Office (APO/FPO) overseas? No. We only ship to the lower 48 states of the United States.
How long before you ship my item? Premium Wires ships out every order as quickly as possible after the payment is received. For same day shipping, payment needs to be received before 3:00 pm EST. Otherwise, your item will be shipped the next business day. If payment is received on the weekend, your item will be shipped out on Monday.
How long does shipping take? Delivery is usually within 3-5 business days.
Which carrier do you use? We ship with UPS, USPS, and FedEx depending on the item and location.
